If you don't agree with a decision made by the Health Insurance Marketplace, you may be able to file an appeal. You generally have 90 days from the date of your Eligibility Notice to file an appeal.
If you recently got a notice that you (or another person on your application) may lose Marketplace coverage and savings for your Marketplace plan because of Medicare enrollment, you need to take action.
A Special Enrollment Period may let you enroll in health coverage outside of the annual Open Enrollment Period, or during Open Enrollment for an earlier coverage start date. You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
